Tiny Habit ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Tiny Habit mobile application (the "App"). Tiny Habit is part of a series of privacy-first applications — our mission is to build useful tools that respect your data.

Our Privacy Commitment

Tiny Habit is private by design

No account or registration required
No personal information (name, email, phone) collected
All habit data, journal entries, and settings stored locally on your device
We cannot access, view, or retrieve your habit content
The App works fully offline — no internet connection needed

Data We Do NOT Collect

The following types of data are never collected, stored on any server, or accessible by us:

Habit names, categories, or configurations
Check-in records or journal entries
Challenge progress or badges earned
App settings or preferences
Name, email address, or phone number
Location or device contacts
Photos, media, or files

💡 Where is my data?

All your data lives in a local SQLite database on your device — nowhere else. If you delete the App, your data is gone forever because it was never uploaded anywhere. Your data is included in your regular iCloud or device backup (if enabled), but we have zero access to it.

Data We Collect (Anonymous Only)

To improve stability and understand how the App is used, we use Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics by Google. These services collect anonymous, aggregated data only:

Anonymous usage statistics (e.g., screen visit counts)
Crash reports for diagnosing technical issues
A random device identifier (not linked to your identity)

This data cannot be used to identify you. It is never sold, never shared with advertisers, and never used to build user profiles. We use it solely to fix bugs and improve performance.

Data Deletion

Since all your data is stored locally, you are always in control:

Delete individual data: Remove habits or journal entries directly in the App
Delete everything: Delete the App from your device — no data remains on any server because it was never sent there

Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent and believe your child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us — though we note that the App does not collect any personal information at all.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be communicated within the App.
